The website presents Elsässer offers (diagnosis, sovereign open-source infrastructure, managed service) and notably allows:

• consulting information about our services;
• submitting a contact request;
• requesting an appointment / audit (subject to confirmation);
• optionally subscribing to the newsletter, with consent.

A booking or audit request via the form is not a firm order: it triggers contact for confirmation. Commercial terms for services are defined in the terms of sale and the accepted quote.
